If you’re not happy with your purchase, give us a call so we can work with you to make things right. Whether that means making some small adjustments, re-measuring the lenses, verifying your prescription, changing lens design, or even changing the whole frame, we’ll do what’s necessary.

You can rest assured that we stand behind our products and want every patient to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have any problems with your new glasses, give us a call within 90 days. It would be our pleasure to work towards the best way forward with you. If we can’t make you happy, we will give you a full refund.
